The sashes are mounted on a frame (frame), which enters the window cavity. After closing, the shutter with the frame forms a plane with gaskets between the profile of the sash and the frame. Once opened, they are lined up against the wall and locked in the windscreens.
Shutters in frame can be produced in 3 models of frames. Two are with a decorative feather overlapping 3cm on the wall and one without a pen so you can slide it into the cavity. In our offer, we have two profiles of window 40 x 40 and balcony size 40 x 60.
Depending on the used fittings, shutters can be single sash, double sash, three sashes or even four sashes. Shutters can be produced in any colour configuration and we can freely choose the filling of the sashes.
Shutters can be opened manually or automatically.
All of our aluminium shutters are powder coated by a company that is QUALICOAT certified and ISO 9001: 2000. Shutters are available in any colour from the RAL colour palette (DECOR) and the anode. The wood texture is obtained using the "sublimation" technology, which resembles wooden shutters, but they are much more resistant to atmospheric conditions.
Equipped with anti-burglary system to adjust the laths. It gives us the freedom to adjust the light and air supply without opening the shutter. Each lath is equipped with a gasket, so that after closing the lath we have a completely tight plane. With this type of laths, an automatic mechanism can be used to open and close the lath.
Laths are always laid down at an angle of about 30 degrees. In this kind of shutters, the light and air supply is invariable
Imitates the lath, except that there is no clearance between them. It is possible to delicately melt between the laths, which will allow a small supply of air and light.
It is available in two dimensions: 10 cm or 20 cm, and it can be arranged vertically or horizontally This filling does not have a clearance.
